What's your favorite and least favorite part of your job?

I don't want to work today, so that's why I'm making myself think about this...

Favorite: I love that I can make a living solely in music. My schedule is constantly changing so I never get bored. I get to perform, record, and teach with different people all the time. I love working with children and the main part of my job is teaching children.

Least favorite: I also hate that my schedule is never the same. I wish I could go two days in a row having the same schedule. Scratch that, I wish I could go two days EVER having the same schedule. Each day is different and planned down to the minute. I have nightmares all the time that I've shown up to the wrong place at the wrong time.

I dont feel like working today either. I have insomnia and its kicked up horrendously this week so I havent slept much. Of course now that I am at work and have to be awake I could fall face first on my keyboard.

I love my interaction I have with so many people at my job. Between internal customers and external customers, vendors, co workers, visitors I pretty much interact with every department of my company. I love it. I love my hours and the fact that I am .6 of a mile from where I live.

Least favorite part is when its slow and rainy and dreary like it is right now. It tends to drag.

I absolutely love what my company does. We are non profit that works around the world with artisan groups and really makes a difference in very poor people's lives, while bringing beautiful handmade things to the US/other markets. I get to work in tons of different areas: Development, program management, marketing to big companies (like West Elm, Anthropologie, ect). The downside is that the company has been in transition for the past 2 years or so, some with financial issues, some with staff changes, and especially the last 3 or 4 months we have had to do so much putting the base company back together, that we havn't been able to focus as much on implementing the projects. Its necessary, but painful.

The thing I like most about my job is that I get to meet all kinds of different people.... And although I don't want to go to work at time I must say I have some pretty awesome co-workers...

The think I dislike about my job is my work schedule... I work nights so I only get to spend time with FI on Saturday mornings, Sunday, and Monday afternoons. I would also enjoy having weekends off in the future but we shall see what happens... I will say that I couldnt imagine myself doing this for the rest of my life so that's why I decided to go back to school for nursing...

Favorite: My expense account, how relaxed & fun the environment is, I can go on TK & FB all day

Least favorite: Working 630-430, the down time & tediousness of it

My favorite part would be my residents and only working 3 days a week. My least favorite would be working short all of the time and the administration.

I am the sales and marketing manager for a small cheese company in WI.

My favorite thing is that I get to work from home! I get a little lonely, but I love having no commute and not having to get dressed up everyday, plus making my own shcedule.

Least favorite thing is being in sales. I love the marketing and customer service aspects, but phone calls still make me nervous.

Favorite being that I get to see my mom everyday :-)

Least favorite being that she can't give me a full 40 hours, hence my having a second job.

I am an accounting tech for a university system. I love what I do, but hate the people (co-workers, bosses, basically everyone). I am a naturally happy, upbeat person and I work with the most uppity, self-righteous group on earth. They bring my mood WAY down on a daily basis

Least favorite: When it's slow and boring which is usually 2 weeks out of the month and sometimes during the 1st and last week. And my residents (I work near the city so it's not the best clientel)

Favorite: I don't come in until 11 AM and I work alone so I have freedom to kind of do whatever. (except for FB we signed a contract saying if we were caught on FB we would be fired)

I love my job. I don't think I've been here long enough to hate anything. I have crazy busy times and times like now where I can go on the net.

I feel your pain :( The office I used to work in was a bunch of catty old biddies... (they wern't that old, but they sounded like it)

Currently I'm only working part-time since I'm still in school. I love my coworkers. But the fact that I only work one day next week even though I'm out of classes for the summer pisses me off. I need to work as much as I can right now.

I just started my new job 3 weeks ago, but I love my co workers so far and I love what I do. I do miss my other staff members, but it is a great opporynity and closer to my FI
