Where did FI get his ring?

We are having trouble finding Bryan a wedding band. He won't be wearing it to work since he does construction, so it'll be just for when we go out. Therefore, we can't justify spending a ton of money on his ring. He wants a simple white gold band, but we've looked everywhere and I'm shocked at how expensive they are! (I wasn't so shocked at mine, since it has a lot of bling, bling! haha) Where did your man get his ring? How much was it? (if you don't mind sharing)Thanks!

We use a jeweler out of Minnesota. He has a B&M store there, but we ordered over the phone. Mike had gotten  my ring from him and he gave us a really good price for the white gold ring we got Mike. It was about $200 I think? The jewelers around here wanted $550 for the same ring by Art Carved. I can get you his email if you are interested.

    M. Mazzoni's $180ish but it's one of those tungsten/steel mixed ones (I don't actually remember which metals) We went during a trunk sale so they had way more than usual.

My FI does heating and cooling and we were worried he would ding and bend/damage a nice band so I bought him a $50 Tungsten band in December at Walmart and hes worn it everyday 24/7 since and there are no marks or anything on it. They come in a variety of styles and can get pricey at like miners den in Royal oak ($500) but Walmart has the exact ones $50-$75 so does overstock.com if hes worried about hurting it from construction he wont hurt a tungsten ring.

Brian has a Tungsten ring as well.  I bought it off eBay (at his insistence!) from HeavyCrownJewelry.  It was around $35.

We used the same jeweler that made my rings, Danielle Vivio (info in bio) and DH's ring is a plain 14k white gold band and I believe it was around $300. She works out of her house and her prices are great, especially for custom work!

I am no help. Mine is welding a rainbow bead into Stainless or some kind of metal himself.  He is making both our bands. Like I said I am not help, mine is a fabricator and he wanted to be able to wear it when he is working

He got his at Kirk Masters and Sons, on Van Dyyke, between Hall and 21. That is where my family has gotten stuff for about 20+ years, they have awesome stuff. Chris's ring was titanium and I think it was about $100.

JB Robinson. The one in Southland mall. Our sales guy is super awesome! Very nice bands of all sorts. My FI works on a lot of machines at his job, so we too wanted to go cheap but nice. I'm getting him one that is white gold and has Celtic knot work etched on the band...we like Celtic stuff.

DH got a Tungsten band for $125. He bought it online from a jewelry store in California that was wonderful to work with. When the original size he ordered felt too small, they sent him 2 more sizes until he found one that worked. We can find the name if you are very interested. cindystiff at gmail dot com

My guy didn't like anything I bought him... so I purchased a few until we ended up bringing several with us and he just picked one of them last minute. I purchased a white gold band for 150, several tungsten bands of varying width for 20 - 100 dollars from online sites. When I went to the store the SAME bands in tungsten were 300 and up... online was a much better deal. He wore one of the tungsten bands but likes the white gold one and will wear that as well. He was really freaky about wearing a ring!

I got Dan a white gold and black titanium ring, he LOVES it. Got it online for about $330. It was the only place I could find what he wanted, no stores had it. The place was great to work with, e-weddingbands.com
