I'm pretty stoked! I just came back from The Breakers with the whole family, and I dropped off the contract and the check.The venue is mine for 10/10/10!FI and his family loved the place. After lunch at Flagler Steakhouse, we showed ourselves around to each room (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception) plus the beach and the courtyard (which are good places for pictures).We are all a little in love with the place :)Thanks for letting me share!
