    That's neat! LOL....you should get an MJ Impersonator instead of an Elvis....I would have to say our "Theme" would be "Old Vegas"....Not quiet Rack Pack or anything....

    I don't think we really have one, but I guess if I had to call it something it would be Halloween in Vegas.

    We are keeping most of the wedding simple, but the reception them... oh dear... I haven't told anyone yet....this is tough to admit for some reason!! It's video games! Whew, I feel funny now.. I haven't told anyone about our nerdy reception plans yet!! We met a few years ago on an online video game called World of Warcraft. Although we are not having a super obvious themed wedding (mostly because that sort of thing was getting very expensive!) we have little subtle reminders worked into our decour here and there.  He doesn't know yet, but during our first dance, I'm going to have a video montage that includes scenes of us playing the game together that I recorded years ago up until now. And of course it also has real life pictures too! Our song goes perfectly with the way we met! It's "Use Somebody" from Kings of Leon.

    Jendbiker.... don't feel alone... we are "geeks" as well. My fiance is a systems analyst/engineer for a major IT company and we play WOW too. They say the family that plays together stays together.... lol

    I think I'm stinkier's evil twin- my theme is old vegas. More like if, your gramma had run to vegas- old floral and striped fabrics, an old fashioned chocolate cake, cat's eye sunglasses, and the blue Mary Janes. Very homey, and comfy, despite the bright lights.

    Venetian10 - OMG I totally want to find a Michael Jackson impersonator for my FI...let me know if you find one!! I want it to be a surprise for him.

    karma007- LOL!!! your actually probably the "good" twin!! LOL....Your's is way more of the "retro" old vegas (Which I Love), my Save The Dates and Invites, have "Old Vegas" pic's of the Strip on them.....Kinda hard to really say I had a "Theme" but if there was one....

    Jendbiker- We are doing a video game theme as well. I am planing on having at least 1 gaming system from each maker set up with games at our reception. We are having gaming theme music as well as some starwars theme music. Fi is a huge geek has every gaming system ever made, I love orginal nintendo and he loves his ps3. We both love starwars so it will be fun seeing what kind of things we will plan. He wanted to marry in HI and I said no just because I wanted to have a fun outragous wedding that no one would ever duplicate. Its not cookie cutter, its a wedding that celebrates us!

    Silverlegacyga - Did you find a Suite that you could hook up all of the systems?? That would be neat....I have the Vista Suite at MB booked, and I looked at the Media, and I thought one of the other Kotties, said that it would not work, but if I could.....My FI would love that!

    NO not yet. Our wedding isnt until spring 2011 but we are going up this winter to do some scouting. That will be when I will go and view the suites and tell them that this is my plan this is what I need and if they cannot accomidate me then to bad so sad I wont do business with them. Im thinking I am going to have the best luck with Planet Hollywood though. IF it comes down to it and I need to hire an outside company and rent a ballroom then I will do that.
