Name change question

I sent in a check to the register of wills office and received a certified copy of my marriage license in the mail. Do I have to send this with my driver's license change application or do I send a copy? Thanks.

Oh, and another question.... probably stupid one but at the bottom where it says applicant's signature, do I sign my new last name?

I wasted the $11 on 2 certified copies & no one kept them. They just looked at it & give it back. And yes, sign your new name.

I went in to the DMV with the original and changed my name--signed with the new last name, too.
