We hired Bella Grace Photography for our wedding in September 2011 and were so impressed with his sales presentation, prices, but most of all loved his work! He seemed so personal and warm and we knew we found our guy! Engagement photos were lovely and the day he came to my home for just bridal photos he was so easy going and really fun to work with. The day of the wedding he and his associate were fabulous! HOWEVER...it has been 7 months since our wedding and we are STILL waiting for our book and the linen box of all of our proofs that we paid him for in August of 2011! UGH!! It has been very frustrating trying to get him to return emails and actually fulfill our contract! I could not recommen Josh to any bride now as I would not want her to have to go through all of this frustration!
