small wedding venue in the burbs

Hi, I could really use some help before I lose my mind. We wanted to elope but family wants us to stay locally.
I am hoping to find some place small for about 20-30 people, for this November 2011.  We are looking for an indoor space with an outdoor feel. Something with a good view. Maybe something attached to a restaurant so that we can combine the ceremony with the reception.
Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
thanks

If you're not worried about money, The Hotel Baker is actually a GREAT location if you look at the Waterfront Room.

Klein Creek Golf Club in Winfield.  We used their small clubhouse restaurant for a reception of 50 people.  They are nice and easy to work with and the grounds are very pretty.

Also, College of DuPage just opened up a small banquet room and restaurant in their new Culinary and Hospitality Center.  It also has a cute boutique hotel. It is really beautiful because it's set on a lake in the back with wild grass and beautiful natural fields!

I love the pics on their website, but there is no contact information other than an email address (which no longer is active).  Anyone know how to get in touch with this venue?
