    There is Rivermill at Dover Landing
    Portsmouth Harbor Events Center
    The Exeter Inn, Exeter NH I don't know how many they can hold

    The Sheraton is pretty.I was also going to say the Harbor Events Center.

    I'm not sure how many guests each place can accommodate, or what your budget is, but here it goes:

    Dockside- York, ME
    Flag Hill Winery- Lee, NH
    Redhook Brewery- Portsmouth, NH
    Strawbery Banke- Portsmouth, NH
    Seacoast Science Center- Rye, NH
    Seaglass Restaurant/Blue Ocean Music Hall- Salisbury, MA
    Three Chimneys Inn- Durham, NH
    Zorvino Winery- Sandown, NH
    There are also a bunch of places in York, ME.
