Hi everyone! I'm new here, hence the post title. I am getting married in October 2010 and am trying to lose 45lbs. This seems like a great place to get support and find out what other girls are doing to melt the pounds away.

Welcome Erinn. Glad you are here, this is a great group of ladies, full of support and good common sense approach to weight loss.No fads here. It's about diet, exercise, and motivation. It isn't easy. but it's soooooo worth it.
