He likes cigars but I already got him a humidor and several types

He likes liquor- An expensive bottle maybe?

He likes Texas football

He is a food scientist/ Culinary instructor so food is ..... his other woman

Ideas?

Suggestions based on your list:

~50 yd line tickets to a Texas football game and Texas football gear

~Dinner at the restaurant headed/founded by one of the master chefs

~Send him on a culinary tour in one of the major cities in the U.S. (NYC, Miami, Chicago, DC, etc.)

I don't know if it's our closest but the culinary institute of america is in hyde park, ny. it's about 70 minutes outside manhattan but because all 5 diverse restaurants are on the same campus, it's totally worth it.

the only culinary school that I can think of in the city proper, that practices on patrons in its own restaurant is the french culinary institute:

highly recommend all 3, but especially if his birthday is in summer, the walking tour. need reservations for each. love to hear what you decide
