I went to look there because they have very pretty grounds but the room decor wasnt my style and when I asked if they did tastings they said we could come back that night while a wedding was going on and they would sneak us some food..lol we didnt go...its very pretty though but we also didnt decide to go with it because they charged extra for everything

I looked there as well and although the grounds are meticulous and beautiful, the inside needs desperate renovations!  They can have 2 parties at once and both parties have to share the same bathrooms - didn't like that, plus the bathrooms were quite old looking.  I have heard good things about the food there though.  And they have pretty cocktail hour rooms and patios.

My friend had her ceremony and reception there. The ceremony was outside and it was beautiful!! They also had a buffet and the food was good....at least from what I can remember...it was 5 years ago!

I went to a wedding there last year and honestly I wasn't impressed.  There was very little to choose from during the cocktail hour and the decor needs to be updated.  Food during the reception was OK...it was a buffet, so I don't know if that makes much of a difference.

I am getting married there next May, and I liked what I saw when I went there. Their grounds are beautiful, even in winter. They were very accommodating for our smaller wedding (appx. 85 people) and we were able to negotiate a fair price for what we wanted, even though it is more expensive than what I've come across. They were doing some renovations when I was there at the beginning of this year, so I would go there and look around because maybe they've finished by now. They gave us some samples of food both times we visited and it was spectacular, which was very important for me (I don't like catered food much).Hope this helps and good luck!

We're getting married there in August of next year. The outside grounds are beautiful and the ballroom is magnificent! If you're looking for something elegant and traditional, this is definitely a great place. We haven't tasted the food yet, but my aunt went to a wedding there last year and raved about it. They are definitely willing to negotiate on the price - we got a few extra things added that he initially said we'd have to pay for.
