Hi everyone!

I don't think I'll be getting my workout in tomorrow so I made sure to get a small one in today

Got on the Wii, down a little more on the scale, yay!! Same as yesterday, started with some strength and ab work, only today I'm actually sore from what I did yesterday and it felt really good

I did a short run today, 10 minutes "ran" 1.689 miles, dropping my first mile time to 5min 55sec down yesterday fronm 6 min 3 sec. yay me!

Anyone else working out today?
