HELP!! im not sure if it will work well

so my colors are teal and grey.
Brett (my best friend and the guy i will be marring) wants the grooms men all in grey suits white shirt and teal tie. i agree with that but he wants to wear a black suit white shirt and teal tie. Im not sure if Brett wearing black and the grooms wearing grey will look good. input please.

    Oooh I love teal and gray (and black) together. Neat color combo.

    I've been to many weddings where the groom wore a different tux/suit than the GMs. For instance the GMs might be in black and the groom in all white, etc. I don't think it would look out of place since he is the groom

    I think it will look fine. Perhaps though he could just wear a darker grey than the groomsmen are wearing.

    What if the GM wore grey suites,with black shirts and a teal tie and then your FI could rock the black, white and teal?  Kind of tie everything in together.

    Let him decide what the GM and he will be wearing. You get to choose your outfits and he gets to choose his. He's been doing it for years, so he'll be okay.

    Sorry that sounds mean, but I'm sure he's aware that it's your wedding and people will be seeing you up at tha altar. I doubt he would want to look bad. Black and gray are in the same color family. Gray is a lighter shade of black, you dilute the black to get the gray, so they will look good together.

    Our MOH is wearing a different color dress than the rest of the girls. I think it makes her and the BM stand out a little from the rest of the party, and also lightens up our color palette just a bit.
