What do you do for work? Are you also going to school?

I work in a library at the circulation desk. I'm working on my bachelors degree in English and Lit online.

What is something you think is pointless (but might not be pointless to others)?

I find television really pointless, but a lot of people I talk to can't seem to live without it!

yeah! I was just thinking how slow the bard has been lately.

What do you do for work? Are you also going to school? Currently, I'm not employed. I finished teaching the fall semester, but I didn't like on-line teaching. Wednesday I applied for a program coordinator position. We'll see. I'm in grad school, full-time for a doctorate in education.

Girls in White Dresses: "Instead of using the money to buy a house or a boat, like normal people, her parents bought a farm in Vermont and spent their days smoking pot and refurbishing antique furniture." I just finished a few mintues ago.

What are (or were) your wedding colors? green. I didn't really care about colors. I wanted a blue-green color, and my MOH found a green dress at Target that everyone liked. So my color became green.

What do you do for work? As of Tuesday, I am a RFP Editor. I edit requests for proposal for companies looking for a new retirement plan record keeping vendor. Are you also going to school? No (haven't been in school for 13+ years!)

What is something you think is pointless (but might not be pointless to others)? spending money on designer clothes/purses

What did you spend most of your time donig last night? resting (I had a headache all day and then a little accident. Not a good day!)

I'm a part-time ABA therapist for a 6 yr old girl with Autism. I graduated in May 2011 with a Bachelor's in Special Ed & Elementary Ed.

Waiting for DH to get home from a Bachelor party. He was the DD, so I knew he'd be safe...I just have a hard time sleeping without him.

What do you do for work? Are you also going to school? I am a first grade teacher. H and I are in the same Master's Program for Curriculum and Instruction. We should be finished this year, but we are only taking 2 classes a year so that our district will pay for it. So it's going to take us forever!

What is something you think is pointless (but might not be pointless to others)? Playstation 3- grrr H is playing right now!

I am a high school English teacher. I just graduated with my bachelors and not in school currently, but I plan on going back for my masters once I figure out what direction I want to go in education.

What is something you think is pointless (but might not be pointless to others)?

Video Games-- the husband is a huuuuuge gamer, but I just don't see the need to spend the time on them... so i just do other things when he is gaming

Some lesson planning and relaxing... my body needed it.

I was a seasonal cashier, but while I've not officially been let go yet, I wasn't put on the schedule this week so I think that's over. I'm not in school now, graduated in 08 with my BA.

I am an athletic trainer for a high school. This means I have to cover all practices, all home games for their athletic teams. I am that person you see run out on the field/court to evaluate an injury, etc. I over see athletes physical therapy, act as a first responder, and other odds and ends with injuries.

its a tie between video games and spending $$ on designer clothes/purses

I currently work in Accounts paable for a Power Station as a Sr. Disbursements Rep. I start my MBA program on 1/16/2012 and will finish 2/2014

Getting drunk. Personally I think drinking alcohol at all is pointless.

Working in the Concession Stand at my cousins basketball game for my old Chrisitan School.

hmm, i pretty much second what everybody else said, but let's go with...wearing high heels to an airport. we were flying this last weekend and i just don't get it.

our best friends got married yesterday! so we had that in the evening and then packed and tried sleeping but the guys picked us up at 2:30am to go to the airport.

Right now I'm a stay at home wife with a very small side buisness. I was a teacher. When we got married we moved and there are no teaching jobs to be had here. I will be substitute teaching in a private school hopefully and working on building my small buisness.

What is something you think is pointless (but might not be pointless to others)?

To a degree, politics. I HATE election years. I don't want to hear all the debates and mud slinging and hateful rants of supporters. I never think any candidate is that great and I can just look on line to compare all the opponents. I'm not strictly one party or the other. Although I do think it's smart to keep up with the issues and know who stands for what; I often feel that none of them do anything once they get elected.

Finishing up my PhD in biochemistry - so work = school = lab for me.

Thinking that to have fun/relax, you must drink. I'm not against alchohol, but it's not a necessity like it seems to be for many people.

Hmmm, FI and I played Wii sports while sitting on balance balls for quite a while yesterday. It added another level of challenge and made us feel less bad for being kinda lazy.

I tutor a 17 year old with ADHD and processing issues every day after school. It is so rewarding and I love it.

I am in school for my BA in Secondary Social Studies Education and will eventually get my MA in Reading Education. Almost done with the BA! Woohoo!

What do you do for work? Are you also going to school? I work in insurance and I graduated college in 2006. I think about going back for my Masters, but probably not until I'm a stay at home mom, I can't imagine doing that while working full time.
