Caterers?

Soo, my brothers wedding is now 3 weeks away, and apparently their cater just backed out!  Yikes!  I feel really bad, they already have invites out with meal choices and everything because they were having a sit down dinner.  I guess my brothers on his way down to their venue now to raise hell, but I don't really think that will do any good.Anybody know of any caterers that may be available last minute??

OMG!  Ches Anthony, maybe?  They run three venues, so they might be able to do it even if they already have one or two booked. That sucks so bad!  Did he have a contract?  How can they just be like, "Um, no we won't be able to" at this point?

OMG, how awful.  Many vibes that they find someone!Ches Anthony, maybe? Yes, they have a contract and they've already paid them about $2,000!!  Hopefully they'll be getting that money back!

I actually don't know who the caterer is.  The reception is at the Brackenridge Heights Country Club, and they had a caterer who worked through them, so whoever that was!  I will try to find out though so I can warn everybody to stay away from them!! Thanks for the suggestions!  Hopefully someone will be available.  I know Sept. is a busy wedding month!

OMG! That's awful. No new reccs - but I'd also try The Chef & I. They are local to this area and really good to work with. Check also with the venue - maybe they have another preferred caterer? I'm curious as to the reason the caterer backed out. Seems fishy to me! GL!
