Registry editors

So, since my FI is non stop registry stalking, we saw that people seem to be 'editing' my registry.  For instance, for our bathroom set (like toothbrush holder, etc.) whoever bought them, added any piece of the set I left off.  No biggie, but now I see people doing this for items which I specifically registered based on the "incentive" program. Not that i am stomping my feet about people doing this, but take the Keurig coffee machine...if someone buys that and 2 of the coffee 10 packs, you get the coffee pod holder thingy free.  Someone instead, bought the coffee pot and then instead of the 2 10-packs, bought a multi pack AND the pod holder.  I wanna say 'stop stop!  don't waste your money, it will be a free gift!!"this happen to anyone else?

It happened to me on a few things.  I wanted a Sangria set and they purchased a Iced Tea Set.  They were similar so they probably thought they were buying the same thing.  Registered for 1 set of flatware and the person thought that 2 would be more useful so I got two.All in all I am grateful for whatever gift someone purchases for me.  And in the end you can exchange whatever you want from the registry for other items to get the incentives (At least at BB&B) They have the whole registry thing down to a science w/o the receipt they can tell what was purchased and for how much and if a coupon was used or not. On another note -- we had our fittings the same day -- how did yours go?

I certainly don't mind about the registry, but I wish the people at BBB would say they,'oh don't buy that, they are going to get it free' to save them money. Oh well.My fitting went super well.  I was nervous because it was a Marisa gown and most of her dressed are not online so I had not seen it since I first bought it, but it all was good.  How was yours??
