Yesterday wasn't great...indulged in pizza and beer and didn't work out. Oh well. Today is better.B-scrambled egg and egg white, a little hash browns (homemade, so not too greasy), special k blueberry cerealL-6 in turkey and ham sub and some pretzelsS-fruit (either peach or apple...haven't decided yet)D-salmon, corn on the cob, grilled zucchini and FF cottage cheeseS-banana w/melted PB and a couple chocolate chip and FF cool whipE-No More Trouble Zones this morning!
