Outdoor reception

Hey Everyone! I need help finding a good reception place!

I would really like to find a spot outdoors where I can provide my own caterer as I am on a tight budget! And it would be a bonus if it was near some body of water (even if it's a small pond or river!). A private residence would be nice.

All the places that I have found so far don't allow me to bring in a tent :/

ANY help would be wonderful! THANKS!!

    You could check out the Wege plaza, which is in East Grand Rapids, it is located directly behind the egr library. My FI and I were going to get married there. It overlooks Reed's lake and is beautiful.
