Poll: What are you doing for favors?

I have been thinking about this a lot. I want to do something that is edible because I'm always concerned that there won't be enough food. I'm still deciding, what are you ladies doing?

    we are going a donation to the Susan Komen founation to honor FI's mom. I love the idea of an edible favor - I like the truffles and candy bar ideas a lot! YUM!

    Our main favors are CDs - each member of our bridal party dedicated a song to us :)We're also having a photobooth and a surprise milk & cookie bar :)

    I am thinking of homemade heart shaped sugar cookies with red icing and our names and wedding date. If not that, then possibly truffles or something along those lines.

    to incoporate both of our cultures we are going to have two kinds. a mini domino set and a takeout box filled with chocolate

    We're doing a candy buffet, as well as some yummy treats (chocolate dipped oreos, thin mint girl scout cookies, etc).

    So far, the plan is to have themed goodie bags, which will be mostly geared towards the 20-30something crowd, so we might have an extra little thing as a "typical" favor.

    I also had the seating cards double as favors. I had a travel theme, so the seating cards were in chrome luggage tags.

    FI and I love Hoffman's chocolate covered pretzels so we are going to give them one dark and one milk pretzel in a baggie... They are sooooo yummy! Just had one! :)

    We're going to be doing a candy bar as our favor, with candies that fit our movie theme and maybe one or two that fit our colors.

    I made Italian Biscotti in favor bags (a nod to our culture).  Some people actually had them open and were dunking them with their coffee.  There were some leftover bags, but my family quickly snatched them up.Food is always a good option.

    We are going to have a photobooth, and I was thinking of either $1 scratch offs, or some sort of candy.

    We will be doing place card frames that will double serve as favors. We will also have candles at each table.     We did jordan almonds in an organza bag.We also gave our guests the pictures they took during the cocktail hour with the parrots.And some people took the votive holders and/or matchbooks from sparklers.

    we're planning on chocolate palm trees. We wanted something tropical. pics and info in bio.

    I want to do something edible, mostly because I think sometimes other favors aren't appreciated and just get thrown away or collect dust. I guess it depends what you do. I am probably doing a cookie bar. I have been seeing a lot of people doing the donation lately, I think that is such a great idea and I might do that too, I haven't decided.

    We are doing a box with truffles. We found a place that sells them super cheap and includes the box and ribbon pre-packaged. They also include a little tag. www.truffletrolley.com
