lol Aim, IDK about liquid LIPliner. But liquid eyeliner...some ppl are scared to use it bc its almost like a paint and it can get messy. But I have perfected it over the years. Pull your eye tight and apply close to lash line starting from the outside corner in. it should come with a pointed felt tip applicator. I use q-tips (my makeup savior) to clean the edges. Its darker and more defined than pencil liner, although lately I have been using black trax from MAC which is closer to a gel and I apply it with a slanted brush. I love makeup
