Anyone heard of her?  Anyone had her?  She's a photog btw.  She's really high on my list right now.  If you know anything at all about her- good or bad, can you please email me?  Or respond to this post if its internet appropriate.Thank-you so much!I'm posting my email in another post so I can delete it tomorrow.  TIA!

I have not heard of her as "Jess Slavic" but rather as JES Photography. I didn't realize that they were the same until I Googled her. LOL, since I'm being judgy today, I do find the photo on her blog of that little girl to be a bit grown-up in terms of posing. That seems weird to me.Her baby photo stuff looks fabulous.I also love her assistant's stuff at the wedding (Christina Montemurro). If you read down to the bottom of her blog, I don't personally like that she sells the rights to the photos and will let you purchase a disc with the watermark on it. Many clients want a watermark free disc so that they can post to Facebook, make a married bio, and make their own prints. (This appears in her blog around June it seems in response to someone taking the photos and posting them).  So if you can buy the rights to the shots unwatermarked, I would do that.I generally like her stuff a lot from what I've seen, but it doesn't seem like there are many reviews out there on her. Is she newer to the business?

I have no idea who she is and I didn't look at her website, but in regard to the cd with the watermark, I bought the rights to all my photos from my photographer too.  I got 2 seperate CDs.  One was regular, full size photos to print, and the other was smaller size with the watermark for facebook, the knot, myspace, or wherever else I posted them online.  She asked that I only use the watermark photos online.  Maybe that photographer is the same way.

Dana is the same way. I got 2 disks...one with the watermark and one without for printing. HTH!

IMO if you pay for the rights to the images, that means they are your images and should not have a watermark on them. I didn't realize so many photogs put watermarks on images for clients. I'd be angry, lol.
