Adding a guest before invites even go out + DRAMA

YIKES. I sent an email to my close friends this morning telling them about the hockey game tickets we're doing for all our guests the day after the wedding, and I get an email back from a friend who will not be getting a +1 on her invite: "I need to hurry up and figure out a date for this thing!" I wrote back that unfortunately I didn't have room for her +1. I got another response: "Oh hell no. Ifucked ****** (mutual married friend who's also invited) and I'm NOT coming without a date while he and ****** (wife) are all hugged up at your wedding." :O I don't even know how to respond to that.

Okay, first of all... rude! I would just reply with, "While I understand your dilemma, skank, I just can't accomodate one more person in FI's parent's yard. So your choice- either you want to see me get married or not. That's what you get for sleeping with a married man!! Love ya!"Although you can leave out whatever you deem unnecessary.

I have a relative that's acting somewhat like that. If she can't stand to be somewhere for a couple of hours without a date, forget her.

I have no clue why she told me that! I know friend and his wife separated for a while, and I'm *hoping* that's when it happened, but did I really need to know?!?
