  This is all the buzz on the bump/nest. The popular belief is that they have ZERO debt, they are not asking the tax payers to pay for their children, and the kids seem generally happy and loved so who are we to pass judgment on their decisions.HOWEVER, I also have the feeling that maybe there is psychological issues at play here. It's like they think their only importance in society (TLC/Today Show, etc) is by having kids, so they keep doing it. But there should be something in their heads that says, hey we have a grand-kid coming in like a month. Maybe it is time to stop. I just feel bad for Josh and Anna. Stolen thunder - very much so.

  Oh, I agree wholeheartedly that there are issues in the family.I grew up in a Christian household, and I plan on raising my own children in such (the beauty of marrying someone of the same faith as you).  But this takes it to the extreme.  Following one verse in the Bible to a tee, well, it makes me shake my head at it.  I laughed at the episode where she said they are not training the girls to be housewifes, and they can do whatever they want in life...snort.  Yeah, right.  The whole family dynamic in that household needs to be analyzed by a therapist.  Anyone who submits as much as the girls/wife submit to the will of the boys/husband needs their head checked.Disclaimer: My older sister grew up fundamental, and her family has a fundamental view on things.  So I really do understand the whole fundamentalist viewpoint, having had many deep discussions with her.  Just letting others know I am not passing judgement without having the full knowledge.

  Really??  WOW.  You know, I give them a lot of credit; they're not on any government funded programs and they are not in any debt.  I can't imagine personally living that life, but if it suits them, more power to them.  The only thing I'm not too keen on is the older children raising the younger children.  But again, if it works for them, and it seems to be, I can't really argue it.  She certainly is a Fertile Myrtle though...
