Tuesday Shred Thread

Hi all. No shred for me today, I went to spinning class. Mixin it up. How did everyone do?Question of the day: Do you follow Anita, Natalie or a mixture of both depending on the mood and how much you want to drop at that given moment?

  • Doing good today. Yesterday did the elliptical this morning Shred. I'm on level 2 and I follow Anita mostly. I feel inferior everytime I try to follow Natalie. Although I must say I feel better when I see her loose her balance :)
  • I did the Shred L2 last night, after slacking for a few days.  I usually follow Natalie bc I figure I would rather get more out of the 20 min.  But I am a huge wimp with push ups!
  • I just started level 1 yesterday and man my thighs are killing me!!  Walking up and down the stairs at work so far today has been awful.  I have to work tonight at my waitressing job so no working out today but I'll try day 2 tomorrow.

  • Its beautiful outside and its suppose to rain later this week, so I'm taking the opportunity to jog outside while I can.I'll save the shred for the rainy days.
  • Galaxy, I feel your pain. My first day was fine, but the two days after were bad. I could barely walk :( I'm a waitress as well, so it was really fun hobbling around the restaurant.
  • I just bought the shred. I know that I need some weights. Is there any thing else I need with the video?

  • Got in Day 5 of level 1 after work today. I try to follow Natalie, but sometimes what I'm doing is somewhere in between them.
  • I just did Shred for the first time after work- i was very impressed!  I'm pretty athletic and it still gave me a run for my money. I'm excited to be sore tomorrow so i know that i really worked out! 46 more days and 4 pounds to go before the big day!!! :)
