How did you all pick your hair & makeup person? Did you have a trial run before your wedding day? We will be in Vegas this December, but will not be back until we get married next year. Should I schedule a trial makeup & hair while I'm in Vegas this December? I'm a little nervous to hire someone to do my makup & hair that I've never met before

    I first picked someone based on the reviews here (went with Francesca Lombardo, Bobbie Pin Beauty).  Scheduled a trial with her when we were there in November but the wedding wasn't until May of the following year.

    I also picked based on reviews and on the portfolios avaiable on the websites. I did get trials mostly to figure out the best look but they weren't with my day-of person. If you're going in Dcember I would defnitely get at least a hair trial.

    Harmony Medina is awesome! 

    She did my hair and makeup this past Saturday for my wedding and I was SO pleased.  And I am VERY picky with makeup!

    I was given a sheet of recommended people and companies to use through The Wedding Chapel (Richelle sent it to me through an e-mail). I e-mailed the hair and make-up person (Stacee M), and she was happy to come to my room at 6AM (my wedding was at 9am) and do my hair... She did an amazing job, my hair looked perfect for 3 days  after the wedding!
