Outdoor near Ludington?

I'm from down state and Fi is from Iron Mt. and we are trying to find a outdoor reception and ceremony spot on the lake near ludington. Has anyone gone to a wedding in that area and can give me some ideas?

This site might be helpful to you. http://www.ludingtoncelebrations.com/Ludington has some really beautiful beaches. I've been to wedding ceremonies at Buttersville Park and it was very nice.

yeah, i looked there, and actually buttersville park is where we are thinking. we're going up this weekend to double check the different parks. awesome. thanks!

Another spot to consider that is pretty and outdoors is the lawn in town overlooking the marina in Pentwater. Beautiful view of the water too. I've seen weddings go well there.
