I LOVED Jelly shoes! My mom could not get me out of them. I had them in multiple colors that matched various outfits...oh those were the days!

    seriously. they were the best. i wish it was socially acceptable to wear them as an adult..

    *hijacking*my mom never let me wear jelly shoes because she said they would "ruin my feet" :( i was always so jealous of the other girls! ... fast forward 20 years when jelly shoes came back... i swear i almost bought a pair just to say i had them at one point in my life! lol

    meghan you totally should have. noone should go through a lifetime without them...and i did have an extremely traumatic experience with them (i got a slug stuck in the ones that buckle on them while i was playing tag one night, and it took sooo long to get it out and i was crying hysterically the whole time...i don't like slugs...) and i STILL loved them.
