  Didn't order from there, because the service was lousy when we went to visit, despite having an appointment.  However their in-stock selection of gowns is great, so it's super for trying-on.  We got a better deal at another store, but picked the dress there.

  My girls ordered their dress there - they do have a good selection, but lousy customer service.  I had to stalk them for returned calls and follow up a lot.  In the end, the dresses came in exactly on the day that they said they would and were fine.  If you do work with them, I suggest requesting to speak with Eva - she was resposive to my emails and calls.

  We got our BM dresses there.  I did not have a bad experience.  The dresses were the right size, with the exception of one of the girls who really could have used extra length, but they didn't suggest it.  Other than that, we had a positive experience, the dresses came in on time (early actually) and all was good.

  I visited the store but didn't order my dresses from there because of the customer service....when I arrived, a customer was screaming at the staff, and the employees then ignored me for about 10 minutes. Later, one of my bridesmaids went in to try on some dress options and they made her sign a contract promising to buy the dress from them. Luckily they were so disorganized they forgot about the contract and we ordered from somewhere else. I actually ended up ordering my dresses out of state because I found a much better deal. This sounds horrible but if you can find the styles you like at a NYC store, you can then figure out who else sells them and just have the bridesmaids call in their measurements...everything is cheaper outside of New York! (Just be sure the out-of-state store will ship to you or that you know someone who could pick them up and ship them to you.)Hope that helps!Cheers,Melinda

  I got my bridesmaids dress from their for my friend's June 2009 wedding.  I agree, the customer service isn't all that great but their selection is very good.  I would go their to try on dresses but would maybe search around for someplace else to order from.Plus now they moved locations.  When I originally ordered they were at one location and now they moved near Macy's in Herald Square and when I went to pick up my dress it looked like they were just starting to get settled in.
