lmark, dont be afraid of the sushi - just stay away from the raw stuff! things like california rolls and boston rolls are all cooked (crab and shimp respectively) and they are very tasty!
i still cant bring myself to try the raw stuff- its just the thought of it!!
I love sushi! I started out with cooked things too-it's a good place to start.

B- Vitamuffin top, lt eng muff, tbsp SF jelly, coffee/tea w/skim= (3) L- Pineapple, Apple, Chicken Sand, Salad w/ rf dressing = (4) D- I think we are getting Chinese tonight as well! haha not sure what I am going to get yet though= ? S- TBD
