Tiki torches

Hey - Does anyone (that lives remotely near me in the East) have any tiki torches that I can borrow for a night or know where I can get some on the cheap? I need some for the grade school reunion that I organized. It is on 9/12. Thought I'd check here before giving up on the idea. I love tiki torches!

    You may be able to find them on sale now that it's the end of the season.  I know Wal-Mart carries them - can't say if they have any now.  Also I'd check HD and Lowe's - that is, if no one has any you can borrow.

    I don't have any but Lowes and Home Depot sell tiki torches for fairly cheap. A quick search brought up $5 tiki torches at Lower, $14 tiki torches at Home Depot.

    did you check big lots?  They usually have random stuff like that!!!  Or maybe some table top ones on the cheap at pier one?

    We have a Home Depot and a Lowes...I didn't look them up, though, to see if they're in stock.

    I just called Lowes. They're out. :(  And we don't want to spend more than $6 each since they are just really for that night.  Thanks tho!

    The Home Depot in East Liberty still had them the last time I was there, and I think they were on clearance.  I don't know how convenient that is for you, but I thought I'd throw that out there.

    I never know why things get centered sometimes. But it looks like 1209bride had the magic touch re. the centering. Thanks, 1209, I'll check out the E. Lib. Home Depot!

    Molly, if you need someone to rebuy the torches from you, I will buy them afterwards!  Our porch has tiki torches that need to be replaced pretty badly.

    Thanks, Stace, but we decided to use a bunch of lanterns that my friend and I have collectively and set little tables outside. The collection of different lanterns actually looks really cool. :)    You're on your own for the tikis. But when you get them, I will sit near them and enjoy them with you!
