  Can you believe it................11 days to gooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  I would be calling every 5 minutes until I reached him.  I'm sure everything is fine, just a busy time of the year.

  I would text, call, email your DJ like it is your job!  Threaten on a message to report them to the BBB.  Second I would develop a backup plan.  Your safest bet since in 11 days it would be hard to find another DJ available that you can afford that is your style, is to come up with playlists on your own.  This is a good job for your FI.  Enlist firends to burn you cds of their favorite songs to dance to so you don't spend a fortune on iTunes to have your DJ call back and it be a waste.  We aren't even using a DJ.  We are getting the "my weddingdj" app from the iTunes store and FI's aunt who loves to have the spotlight is going to be our MC.  FI is in charge of all of this and I just voice my opinion here and there.
  
  Lastly, breathe!  It'll all work out.

  I would definitely be calling non-stop if I were you!  I agree with PP.  You could always do your own playlist.  Also, if you have any friends that are musically inclined maybe they could help on the DJ front.

  I actually switched DJs at the 3 month mark for that very reason. I would email him and wait 3 weeks hearing NOTHING before I'd try again. Eventually I got really fed up, and happy that the lack of communication meant we'd never finalized a contract I walked.

  I agree with calling your DJ nonstop! A little social media call out never hurt either.

  I am having this issue with our ceremony guitarist!

  
  

  Worst part is I see him posting facebook photos of other weddings all the time. So I know he is busy...but all I need is confirmation that he will be there on time!!

  
  

  Tomorrow evening is the day I start freaking out on his a$$ though!

  
  

  I have tried three different emails and two calls within the last two weeks. No this isn't "going crazy" but he probably thinks it is...which he hasn't seen anything yet!

  FI called them at lunch yesterday and the reception lady said I forwarded all your information to your dj and he would get in contact with you by today or tomorrow.  Well FI gets a call at work at 3:00pm and TJ the dj called and wanted to set up an appointment.  So he said he would call back later last night at 7:30pm.  7:30 rolls around nothing....8:30 rolls around still nothing....then FI calls back the number and it is someone named Dave not TJ!  So obviously he didn't leave a message.  Then we get into a huge fight because FI doesn't think it's a big deal and Dave finally calls us at 9pm and said sorry his work ran late and he was sorry that Pam told us TJ was going to do it because apparently something else came up for TJ.  Really my wedding is 10 days away!  Dave made me feel comfortable enough and at least sounded like he has done a few weddings.  So I am at a little peace now.
