Where should I steam my wedding dress?

Hi all! 

We'll be having our destination wedding in New York City - and I'll be taking my dress on a flight across the Atlantic to get there, so I'm assuming I'll need to steam my dress once in New York. We're staying in Soho. 

Anyone have recommendations about where I can get it steamed in our area?  Also, how long do I have to send the dress away for the steaming? We arrive on Sunday for a Friday wedding - should I hand it in on the Monday maybe?

    Perhaps your hotel can recommend a dry cleaner/seamstress in the area?  You could also try a bridal shop and see if they'll do it.  I got my dress at Wedding Atelier and they have been fantastic to deal with.  www.weddingatelier.com
