I confess that I need a new career..I can't handle dealing with my job anymore

I confess that I ate HORRIBLY yesterday b/c I was so upset from work. Emotional eating is the worst!

I confess that I'm super excited to go home and see the family!

I confess that I almost broke down crying at the grocery store last night trying to buy stuff for Thanksgiving.... eventually I just left with nothing. Reason... this is the second year in a row my entire family has left me home while they do a 9 night Thanksgiving cruise and I guess it is a little touchy for me because it leaves me with nothing to do on Thanksgiving. So I was gonna try and make turkey day for me and H but the grocery store was out of pumpkin pie (H's one request) and then picking out a turkey was too overwhelming I guess so instead I cried my whole way home LOL

I confess I am putting up my tree tonight... unless I find someone to go to happy hour with me LOL

I confess I was feeling quilty as hell for how much I spent on the sweater I am wearing today (bc I kind of lied to H about the price lol) until 3 people told me how pretty it was... now I don't even care haha

I confess I'm annoyed that I am looking up hotel room rates for the wedding for FI's family when his aunt is a travel agent. WTF!?

I confess that sometimes I REALLY hate my daughter's dad. She came home from his house this weekend with headlice, because he made her wear her cousin's hat to goof around... gah! Any parent should know better! And did he have to deal with the aftermath? NO, I did. Six HOURS of cleaning out her hair... OMG. If this were the only dumb thing he did, it wouldn't be that bad, but practically every time she goes over there he does something that any adult with a spark of common sense should know better than to do. I swear he wasn't this idiotic when I met him...

To those who aren't parents yet, remember this: never let your kids share hats/hair things with anybody else, no matter who it is!

I confess I have a half a day at work and even though I have like a million things I should do the only thing I am going to do is take a nap. I cannot remember the last time I took one oh it is going to be glorious!

I confess that now that our IT administrators at work have blocked ALL internet games (no FarmVille, no Bejeweled, no Collapse, no Uno -- I can't even access a freakin' Sudoku site!) I am quite tempted to not do any work at all today just to prove a point. Those games are my sanity -- I play them in between tasks and they keep me a happy, sane, and drama-free person and now that they're gone... Seriously. It didn't affect my productivity - if anything it made me more productive when I had a lot on my plate and now they've blocked them from the entire network and I'm extremely unhappy about it.

I confess that today's my first day at a new job..It's been a while for me as I haven't been working since January. I'm using to being in 2-3 jobs at a time. It's not a difficult job (Bath & Body Works) I'm just worried about starting fresh. Kinda like on a first day at school :P

I confess that I LOST the cake topper, complete with swarovski crystals, that I made. I didn't tell FI and just ordered a new letter & more crystals. I know he's going to be a bit ticked as we spent a few dollars on the first one. Honestly, I didn't like the way it looked when I finished it..

I confess that I'm really excited to meet everyone on Sundayyy!!

I confess I think I am being invited to an old booty calls wedding LOL. His fiance (who I have never met) emailed me on FB asking for my address. I know she doesn't know about our history but ewww so weird lol.

I confess that I got excited about the expiration on the back of my chex mix being 6-18-10 (our wedding date).

I also confess that I have a bit of an obsession with chex mix! haha

I confess that I'm really proud of myself, today I had an op (the girlie sort, not cosmetic though). The woman said I could have a local anasthetic and get it over and done with now, or a general and come back but I made myself get it done with a local and it was fine. Honestly, when she said "we're done" I was like "really? That was quick".

Anyone going to have an LLETZ, you have nothing to worry about!

Apologies for the icky tone of my confession this week... all is good now, am tucked up on the couch with duvet and FI is waiting on me and cooking dinner and we've got season 2 of 24 to get through this weekend... good times!

I confess I am sitting on the couch watching Maury waiting for the lawn guy to be done so I can take my nap. I don't think anything makes me more thankful for my life then watching this show

I also confess that I just ate a giant piece of spanikopita. It was sooo good but I would have been fine if I only ate half that!

I confess that I am still a little bummed the dental office in Tampa cancelled my interview because they found someone else who was a "better candidate". I may be living in Orlando but I have a place to live in Tampa

I confess that I am more stressed than I think I am. Dental school down, finished with my AA next month. Meanwhile.. trying to find a job so I can move in with FI here in Tampa and planning things early for our wedding. That might cause some stress huh?

I confess I told Directv who was boss today. And, that would be ME!

What a PITA my whole situation has been with DTV. I really think I was quite a b!tch to them today, but- I got what I wanted.

I also confess that I am SO SO SO happy the Magic won in Boston today. I was talking A LOT of crap to one of my co-workers about how we would win, and he was putting up a good fight. SO- IN YOUR FACE co-worker! Magic win! WOO HOO :-)
