Caterers--Asian Food

Hi. Does anybody know a caterer that makes good Asian food (Japanese or Korean) in the bay area? I am Korean and I would like to incorporate some aspect of my culture in the wedding. I would appreciate your help or any suggestions you might have? Also, if we are purchasing our own alcohol (we are only serving wines), do I need to hire a bartender? Can you just hire a bartender for its services?

    I don't have any recommendations for asian caterers...sorry. But as far as the bartender goes, you can hire one just for its services. I often see posts on Craigslist for bartender service, so you might want to try looking there.
