Hey Downriver/Detroit gals! Does anybody think an outdoor ceremony on the first of October is a good/ bad idea? Please tell me why or why not. What do y'all think the weather will be like?
You can go to http://www.wunderground.com and look at what the weather has been like for the past 10 years on the date that you want by clicking on trip planner. I think fall time in MI is beautiful. Make sure you pick a location that has lots of trees that change color
We're getting married on October 9th, hopefully outside just off the water as well. Fingers crossed for good weather!!! We are getting married at a hotel so if necessary it will be easy to move the ceremony into the beautiful reception hall, which sets my mind at ease. I keep reminding myself I can't control the weather so as long as there's a Plan B there's no need to worry about it.
we are getting married dec 28th and are having a beach chuppah (wedding) our event planner will place short outdoor space heaters on the outside edges of the aisles.
