We are inviting 150 people to our October wedding and are expecting around 120 to show. Currently we are registered at BBB & Williams Sonoma. I feel like I have registered for everything that we want, and we are only at 64 items (including 12 sets of china...). Assuming most of the people we are inviting are couples, this seems like enough since couples will bring one gift but in reality am I not giving our guests enough options? I don't want to register for stuff we don't want/need. Everything we are registering for is kitchen stuff- I don't want towels, sheets etc because those are things that are replaced often and honestly I always think "tacky" when I see those items on registeries. How do I deal with this??
Save the dates are going out this week, which have our wedding website on them, which contains links to our registeries...so I want to make sure this is right.
