Help with Flowers!

I am getting married in Tulsa in the spring and I'm really trying to find ways to cut back on expenses.  I'm thinking I can just order my flowers from Sam's and have someone put them together for me.  Of course I will pay them but hopefully that would be much cheaper than hiring a florist.  Do you know anyone that I can hire just to put together 4 simple bouquets and corsages?

I ordered my flowers from Sams and we just put the bouquets and boutonnieres together ourselves. I did all red roses, so it was fairly easy. Just used wire, ribbon, pins and a hot glue gun. We did the bouquets (mine, 5 BM and 1 tossing)  the day before the wedding and put them in water overnight, and then my SILs did the bouts & corsages the morning of the wedding since I had a night wedding. We used some for a cake topper, and we still had quite a few left over that my SIL ended up putting in her apt for decoration :)  For the price (like $160 for 200 red roses) it was worth the hassle for us.I almost wish I had used fake flowers and done it ahead of time, they make so many that photograph exactly the same as real that it probably would have been a little easier for us since we didn't need any flowers for decoration or centerpieces.

We ordered 180 gerbera daisies from Sam's and I was extremely happy with them.  My mom's best friend put together the bouquets and bouts, and we used some as part of the centerpieces and cake decor.  She's not a pro but everything turned out AWESOME--maybe you know someone talented/creative enough to help you out?I highly recommend ordering from Sam's though. The price was great, they arrived on time (a little early actually), and were in great condition.  I ordered extra but they were in such good condition that we had a LOT left over.
