Engagement photo location

Lansing brides:  where did you have you engagement photo shoot?  We have a photographer and are now trying to figure out where we would like them taken.  Suggestions?

    We just did ours at the Horticulture Gardens at MSU last weekend. I can't wait to see them! I think they will turn out great. There's so many beautiful spots there. You could also do all over campus if you wanted. If your looking for something a little edgier, maybe try downtown or Old Town. I've seen e-pics from there turn out great as well.

    We did ours at the Cooley Gardens..it is beautiful there!!

    We did ours in Grand Ledge at Fitzgerald Park.  We were going to do them on campus but it was too wet that day.

    We did them at the Gardens at MSU as well. They turned out fabulous. I highly recommend it.

    We went to old town Lansing. Along the train tracks....lake....and park area. I thought they turned out really cool. We got a few nice gardeny romantic pictures...as well as some urban and rustic ones.

    My fiancé and I got our engagement pictures taken at the little historic village behind the Meridan township police department in Okemos. There is a bunch of buildings from the 1850's, a pond, gazebo, and a bit of wooded area. Our photographer loved it and took tones of pictures.
