I've only posted a few times on here recently, but I was a knottie back in 2006. I'm now helping my sister quickly plan her January 2010 wedding, but I no longer live in KC, which makes things a little more difficult. We/they have been to several venues already, but nothing that anyone has fallen in love with. Next on the list are Argosy Casino, Little Theatre Ballroom (at Municipal Auditorium), Tuscan Ballroom (in the Liberty Hills Country Club), and the Royals Stadium Club. Does anyone have any info/experience, good or bad, about any of these venues?I had my reception at the Arrowhead Club, which is temporarily closed due to the renovations going on at the stadium. I know that the Royals Stadium Club used to be available for receptions, but I haven't found any info about it online...other than that it is now a little smaller due to the renovations at Kauffman. I don't even know if they are still available for wedding receptions.Any info you have is greatly appreciated, as we'd really like to get this booked in the next couple of weeks and move on to other decisions.
