...getting rid of?  Did you realize that the two of you together have too much stuff? OMG...the televisions, DVD players, dishes, bedroom sets...etc.  FI has gotten rid of a lot of stuff; almost a whole house full (hes driving across-country/gas and truck fees are ridiculous).  He is only bringing the bare essentials.

What are you doing with the extra stuff you don't need?

    Well my Fi and I lived in a deceased relative's house so we are getting rid of all her stuff. It's just old and outdated. So no loss for either one of us. I'm gonna let go ofsome kitchen stuff and smaller stuff just because it's time for newer things. We are bothlooking forward to registering and picking out furniture together so parting with the old stuff hasn't been hard.

    Fi really didn't have a lot of stuff to begin with. Me, on the other hand, I have too many clothes. I'm in the process of packing up clothes that I don't wear anymore, and will be taking it to Goodwill.
