    I've sorta noticed that.  I've been busy busy at work ever since I got cut down to 4 days.  So its hard to play around.  :(Let's see... I went to my first fitting on Tuesday!  I've sent out about 1/2 our invites.  I've ordered our mini tequila bottles.  My current project is making a zillion paper flowers.  And I've been dissappointed with my BM's.  But all and all super excited the day is coming up soon!

    I'm going to Azusa Pacific to there Orange location. I only have a pic of my backside: http://tinyurl.com/m8rbcbThat's the thing nothing.  I sent out a general email with details about hair, makeup, dates and such.  And only one person got back to me.  And one of my cousins who was on vacation all summer just got back and sends out an email she's moving by the end of the month... and she hasn't gotten in touch with me in regards to the email I sent her... So it just bugs me.  It's not like writing an email takes a ton of time out of your day.

    I went through the same thing will all but one of my BM's. It drove me crazy! With one girl I wasnt even sure if she was going to make it to California in time *sigh* The pic of dress looks soooo pretty!

    That sucks, well my MOH which I've known since we were 2 sucks too! Every time I talk about the wedding, she takes over and starts talking about her wedding, but get this, she's not even engaged! She lives with the guy and they have a 4 yr old daughter together, i still live at home and this is the biggest step i have ever taken, so let me have my THUNDER dammit!!! LOL whew that felt good to get off my chest. :)

    My sister was my MOH and she is the cheapest person alive so anytime I would bring up wedding stuff or bachlorette ideas she would freak out about money and shut me down. I swear her goal was to do the least amount possible

    LOL! My family are my BM's.  My MOH is my bff, and she's a single mother and she's not the best about getting back to me, but I know she's doing a lot so I don't really mind her.  And she's made a really big effort w/ my Bachelorette plans. My cousins are my BM's and I've been a BM in there own weddings.  And I helped each of them out in some sort of way, and offered my help all the time... Now when its my turn.  I haven't gotten any help, not even an offer... I'm really excited about my dress.  It's an A-line and I wanted it to fit more mermaidy, so she took in the lining to fit that way, and the lace just flows over... I didn't think I'd like it.  But I love it! I stare at the picture all the time when I'm here at work. :)

    Even having family can suck, my MOH and Mark's BM backed out about a month and a half ago and they were my cousin and his wife! I'm sorry you're dealing with drama though...boooo..

    I went through the same things with my BM's.. it sucks. I have really close, really great friends and I didn't want as big of a bridal party, but I didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings (we still only had 7 each) and I really regretted having ot deal with so many people..  it was so weird, my cousins and friends became the biggest bxtches, upset when things didn't revolve around them. My cousin/MOH totally lurks so I probably shouldn't be saying all this, but she was the worst of all.. she complained SO much when things weren't about her. She's not even engaged yet and she kept b!tching about prices of doing things and saying that the money (and we're not talking a whole lot here) should go to her wedding instead. She made it seem like such an honor and entitlement and if I hadn't included her and her sister, they would have started major drama. She wants to get married in another country and expects everyone to pay almost $1000 plane ticket, but she b!tched to no end about pitching in for my b-shower (apparently, as I've been told).I wrote a novel and I have sooo many more stories I could share--I didn't even ask much and I paid for and bought a lot of stuff for them as gifts, meals, hotel rooms, etc. It just still bugs me a little that everyone acted so entitled and deserving about it. I think you find out who your true friends are through the whole process and it makes you realize that your FI/DH is truly your best friend for putting up with it all and you complaining about it and the whole point is to marry him, not your friends. :)

    Oh wow that sucks Im sorry some of you had to /are dealing with crap for your BP :0(My only prob was that my 2cousins werent really involved they where there and helped but they really left everything up to my friends, I just thought them being my cousins and the fact that I threw one of them a house warming party and I helped the other with her wedding that they would of been more involved but maybe Im just being a princess :0/

    THanks guys it makes me feel a lot better.  I really thought it was just me being a baby or just being sensitive... but I really don't think I am.  I even bought there dresses, and jackets... If they weren't intersted in being in the BP I wish they woulda just said 'no' instead of just half @ssing it.  O well... it isn't about them anywho.  It's about me and FI. :)
