Hi Jacqui,I was wondering if you knew of some places in the Cleveland area where you can take classes on making and decorating cakes etc... My SIL loves sweets and was just rambling about how she has always wanted to take classes in making and decorating cakes for fun. I think I am going to try to surprise her for xmas with that as a gift but have no idea where to even look and thought that maybe you might know. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks so much.

    hey! :D hmmm...well, i know places like michael's and pat catan's offer classes like that (and are fairly cheap, and you have a lesson once a week for a month, i believe) and they have fondant technique classes too which is good, and i also know white flower cake shop offers classes here and there (a lil more pricey, since it's just one 2-hour class for $75 for buttercream techniques, or $100 for fondant techniques, but probably more fun! also, you get to take your decorated cake home!) good luck! cake decorating is a lot of fun! :D
