Does anyone have any recommendations for a musician (preferrably someone who can play the violin) for ceremony music?

    I used a string quartet with Allegretto Music, but you can hire a single violinist. The were very easy to work with and the music was beautiful.

    I have heard you can call YOSA (Youth Orchestra of San Antonio) and get some musicians for pretty reasonable costs. These are kids that have to try out to be in this program, so they are pretty good!

    I contacted YOSA and the guy in charge of arranging their kids to play private events wrote back and said they have put this on hold and are in the process of changing the way it is handled, so unfortunately no luck there.  But definitely a good suggestion!
