So I am now back from my wedding in Whistler BC which took place august 28th. Everything turned out more perfect than I could have ever imagined. IT was an absolute total blast! It was a small wedding of about 26 people and everyone spent the week with us in Whistler. We all did some fun activities like zip-treking, mountain biking, taking the gondola up the mountain, and of course lots of hotel parties.The ceremony was beautiful and in the most perfect spot I could have ever imagined. I walked down the aisle to a song we both love "tonight tonight" by smashing pumpkins. And then when we were pronounced as Mr. & Mrs. our live musician played the theme song from Juno "all I want is you". At the reception afterwards we had a fantastic meal with some great speeches. Then we all enjoyed some live music and dancing. My new husband played and sang the song "500 miles" for me by the proclaimers. His sister (my MOH)sang and played another song that she wrote for us both. Also there were other groups of family that got up and sang and played tradition Newfoundland music ( where our family is from). It was all a total blast! After the reception a smaller group came back with us to our hotel room for a small after party in our private roof top hot tub. The partying went on till 2am when we kicked everyone for a little alone time.Anyway my photographer has sent me a link to a small preview of the pictures. The full like will be up tomorrow. Just thought I would share these with all of you ladies who helped and supported me throughout my wedding planning and attempts to get in shape. Although I never really lost any weight it all turned out perfectly.
