Costco grub

So for the rehearsal, I'm planning on having some munchies for people prior to the RD (basically while we're rehearsing) and I figured I'd get a couple things from Costco. Do they have a salmon mousse thingie? If so, has anyone had it - is it good? I figured that with crackers and 1 or 2 other things. Any other input or suggestions welcome! It's gotta be already made and ready-to-go though. TIA!

I don't remember a salmon mousse but their artichoke+jalapeno+spinach dip is amazing stuff.

That artichoke dip is awesome!! They also have an excellent greek pasta salad with chicken if you're looking for something like that. They also have a variety pack of pre-cut cheese slices which is pretty good.

And they have those pesto / roasted pepper / cheese tortas that are great on crackers or bread. They also have california rolls / sushi.
