Fall Colored Glass Votive Candle Holders? HELP!

Hello! I am looking for fall colored glass votive candle holders...specifically.... Wine (everything I have found is red) Burnt Orange (everything I found is Amber) Chocoloate Eggplant (everything I have found is purple) Golden Yellow (all Amber...which may be as close as it's going to get) I found some great votives at Pier One that were square and made out of a thicker glass which we really liked. Unfortunately they only have clear (which isn't what we're looking for), a redish color and amber. We bought a red one and an amber one as a sample of what we liked but I'm still holding out for the fall colors I'm looking for. I have already checked Michaels and Hobby Lobby and unless I missed something we didn't see them there. Any help or suggestions would be great!

This is the closest I could find http://www.save-on-crafts.com/leafholders.html, but only had 2 of the colors you wanted. Especially if you want matching holders, I would suggest an alternate route. I'm thinking a frosted clear holder, with the different colored candles inside. You could always put a rice paper or nice ribbon in the colors you want around the outside of a clear votive holder. Another solution might be to paint the glass, it will give it a rustic look with the brush strokes, use a glass paint (I recommend a transparent color http://www.michaels.com/art/online/displayProductPage?productNum=cp0262) on the inside of the votive holder.

Thank you! I really like the frosted glass....they are very pretty. You also make a very good point. It is going to be nearly impossible to find votives that are a "perfect match" to what I'm looking for. I would probably be better of matching the candles inside which would be much easier to find in my colors. Thanks also for the website for the frosted votives. I like these a lot. I could add a colored candle in burgandy or burnt orange....and then I could simply tie ribbon around them or some rustic type string - we are having a mountain wedding :-) Thanks again! Kassy

I'm planning on buying clear votives and spray painting them to the colors I need. Krylon has lots of ideas for painting votives on their website (search for "votives" on their site) and it looks great! I just don't know how much of a PITA it is to spray paint... HTH!

get spray paint and spray paint them. its time consuming (well for me it was because i did ALOT).  you have to be careful to do them evenly.  if not you can use nail polish remover to remove the spray paint and start all over
