...did you tip her?

I keep hearing that if the person is the owner of the business, you don't need to tip them, but it feels weird to not tip a stylist.

    I used her for my engagement hair/make up and I tipped her.  I will absolutely tip her again when she does my wedding make up.

    I can't remember if I tipped her when I had my makeup/hair done for my bpics. I don't think I did. I imagine I will for the wedding, though.
