Best Western in Wittenberg, WI

Has anyone have had or been to a reception at the Best Western in Wittenberg, WI. We have booked Chet and Emil's in Birnamwood, WI and my mom isn't happy with our choice. This is another option, but I need a little help on how they are with service and such!

    If you are happy with Chet & Emils I would stay there.  I have heard great things about them!  Plus they have the motel right there that is actually quite nice!  I have stayed in it several times as my cousin owns a bar in Birnamwood.

    Sorry a little venting: She called the BW all on her own and said the c&E is old and dirty. Yikes. She is coming up with every reason in the book and making some up why not to have it at C&E. I thought this was supposed to be fun, but is not even close. I was even to the point of calling it off. Yes she is paying fror some of it. She said they will pay more than my dad will pay. They can't even get it together! YIKES! So we have to pay the rest and can't shell out 1,200.00 more so she has HER perfect wedding! I know this is really stupid to others but it is driving my nutz!!!

    I am getting married in Antigo and we looked at the Best Western in Wittenberg.  It is very nice and newly updated.  More so than Chet and Emils (although I haven't been there in over a decade).  The Best Western would also be more convenient for your guests if any are coming from out of town since it is directly off the highway.  Just remember it is your wedding day and your decision.
