If you want SF to be apparent head over to neighboring Treasure/Angel Island and pose in front of the amazing SF city scape behind you. Other interesting sites could include the inside of the newly reopened Academy of Science in Golden Gate park, Coit Tower, Glen Canyon, Baker Beach or Crissy Fields (when the fog clears you can get the Golden Gate in the background).
I shoot a lot of photo sessions at Baker Beach and it's a great spot if you're looking to have the bridge in the background. You can also head into the woods right there for some variety. From Baker Beach, the Legion of Honor is only a second up the hill and you can get a lot of different shots without wasting a lot of time driving around. There are also a lot of cool old buildings around Crissy Field if you want to add that in too.
You'll definitely want to consider drive times between different spots if you're doing the photos on the day of your wedding. You don't want to miss the party because you were stuck in traffic!
