Eeek! Actually, though, we are really looking forward to it. We received the report from the inventory we did separately, and it was pretty much right on the button. The meetings/counseling sessions are to go over the inventory results, identify areas of strength and weakness (we both know that conflict resolution is not a strength by far...we are both German and Irish, what do you want? We like to throw things!), and help us begin the process of putting a system in place to make our weaknesses strengths, and to maintain our strengths so they stay that way.I believe tonight we also talk about the service, and what we want in that. Both Brian and I had decided a long while ago that we wanted a full church service, but without the hymns (since both our families have Catholic on either side, it would be too confusing to try and explain how Lutherans do hymns, LOL). Hopefully tonight, we will be able to nail down what we are definitely including and what we aren't and more importantly, an approximate run time for the service, LOL!
